The wayfinding analysis, strategy and design project for Stratford Station’s way finder signage scheme continues in earnest with the survey work almost completed. Stratford really is a massively complicated rail hub with multiple different services running in to and through the station, two large tickets halls which are connected via three subway systems and seventeen platforms making the design challenge an interesting one but one that our team are relishing.
Judging from the volume of lost passengers who asked our team for directions during the surveys there is clearly room for a great deal of improvement!
